About this portal, Google access, and policies
Clients: request bookings, view booking details, access documents, pay invoices, and receive review requests. Clients do not need to connect Google.
Contractors: manage assigned bookings, availability, calendar connections, and contractor documents. Google Calendar can be connected so availability can be checked and accepted bookings can be added to their diary.
Admin: coordinates bookings, contractors, invoices, emails, Google review requests, and reward tracking. Google Business Profile can be connected to match Google reviews and manage review rewards.
